Thick Brown Heat-Resistant Polyimide Tape

Heat-resistant brown polyimide tape is designed for applications requiring excellent heat resistance and electrical insulation. The tape features a high-quality silicone adhesive that withstands continuous heat up to 260 °C (500 °F) without leaving residue upon removal.

This tape is thicker than standard polyimide tape, which enhances its heat resistance, wear resistance, and ease of handling.

It is ideally suited for powder coating masking, especially when multiple layers are applied or the hot-flock method (where the workpiece is heated in an oven and painted while hot) is used. Additionally, the tape is used in electronics, transformer insulation, PCB solder masking, and other high-temperature industrial applications.
